Let me share you the quick updates of Apple September 2020 Event. Following are the new announcements:

Apple revealed that iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7, and tvOS 14 will all be released to everyone tomorrow, i.e. September 16 2020. This was a surprising announcement, with many people having assumed Apple would give developers at least a week’s notice.
With this surprise Xcode 12 GM Seed is out.
Conclusion
So many things are there to explore in Xcode 12, iOS 14 and macOS Big Sur. If I get time, I will keep posted!
